Geoffrey Maison is a founder and Chief
Executive Officer of Fincap Securities Ltd. Prior to founding Fincap Securities Ltd in 2016, he worked with
CAL Brokers Ltd as an Analyst on the Research and Investment Banking desk. Geoffrey serves on the Boards of
Enscript Solutions Ltd, a financial technology company and Nakkan Rock Ltd, a private investment holding
company. He holds an MBA in Finance from Coventry University and BSc. In Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah
University of Science and Technology.
Winifred Frimpong-Manso is the Compliance Officer at Fincap
Securities Ltd. She has over six years’ experience in the capital markets since joining Star Asset Management in 2013.
Winifred holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management option from Central University,
and an ongoing Master’s degree in Funds and Portfolio Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Nana is currently Head of Investment Banking
at Fincap Securities Limited. He has a portfolio of diverse experience and knowledge across business strategy,
finance and investment, project management as well as development management. Prior to joining Fincap, he worked
at AngloGold Ashanti with a variety of responsibilities in business management and development management.
He also worked at BDI Ghana Limited, a business management and private equity firm where he set-up the company’s
Agribusiness division before being engaged by IGGS, a sustainable development think-tank as Senior Consultant. Preceding
this, he was a Business Analyst at Busy Internet Ghana ltd. Nana has also served as project management and finance
consultant to some Development Institutions including GIZ, IFAD and Solidaridad W/Africa. He also volunteers with The PitchHub
Ghana, an NGO dedicated primarily to empowering young entrepreneurs. Nana has an MPhil in Industrial Finance & Investment. He
also holds certifications in business management and administration, project management and securities.
Selasi Kofi Adu is the Head of Business Advisory and Research (BAR)
division at Fincap Securities Limited. Selasi has over 8 years of experience in financial services. Prior to his current role, he
was Research Analyst with FirstBanC Financial Services (FirstBanC).
Other relevant work experiences include Data Analyst, Financial Service Officer and Operations Manager.
He has competencies in Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling and Valuation, Corporate Strategy, Negotiation, Financial Due Diligence,
Market Research, FinTech, Economic Policy, and other Corporate Advisory related fields.
He holds an MBA in Finance, BSc Mathematics with Economics and certifications in Advanced Valuation and Strategy, Project Finance
Modeling, Financing and Investing in Infrastructure, Oil & Gas Industry Operations and Markets, Economics and International Business
amongst others. Selasi is an Associate Member of the African Data Engineering and Science Association (ADESA).
